Pastel metallic pixie meets gothic fairy? Sounds good to me!
I recently collaborated with ASOS on an occasion themed post. This is part two- did you catch part one?
For this look I went for a kind of metallic girly feel with a dash of black.
You would never usually mix these colours (in my opinion...) but I don't see why not?
Before trying it all on together I did doubt whether I think it would match, but then I realized... It's not about what matches anyway! If I dig it, I'm gonna rock the hell out of it either way.
There was a pink hue still left in my hair which I liked the feel it gave to the outfit.
Again I had the same problem with the first occasion post, I went for a size 12.
Damn it... Why Charlotte, WHY?! I'm clearly not a size 12 any more, but I always opt for it to be 'safe'
I believe the size 10 would had been just fabulous for me. That is the only downside.
Otherthan the sizing issues- the dress is so gorgeous.
Great quality for a truly unique dress structure.
I would totally wear this to a wedding, or to a prom/graduates ball!

I've had my eye on these caged heels for some time now, so it was fab to finally get my mitts on these beauties!
They're SUPER comfortable. I tend to find that a lot of ASOS shoes are.
The soles are usually lovely and poofy- pillow like! I dig that when searching for a new shoe.
Especially in heels, I feel that is very important. I hate having to carry an extra pair of flats in my bag!
The cut out/caged boot feel is amazing - they would even look fab with a pair of colourful glittery socks underneath!
I wouldn't just limit myself to wearing these heels for just a special occasion, these would look awesome dressed down with a pair of ripped up skinny jeans and an oversized white tee dress! (In fact, that's just inspired my attire for this weekends trip to the pub!)
And finally... to top off the occasion look, I HAD to team my Boohoo flower crown with this outfit.
As all of you must know by now this has been one of my favourite pieces to wear this summer! Occasion wear or not, you'll find it propped up nicely on my head!
