LFW: Day Three Outfit

Howdy everyone! Happy frigging Thursday!
We are literally hours away from Friday beginning, it's safe to say I'm looking forward to the weekend!
I've just listened to the 1975's new song, and I cannot tell you how excited I was to hear it.
If you know me well enough you'll know that The 1975 mean a damn lot to me musically. They're hands down my favourite band.
So it was really awesome getting to hear a brand new song from them which aired on Radio 1 almost an hour ago.

ALSO-  a HUGE thank you for voting me in the Cosmo awards!!!
I'm in the top 10 shortlisted blogs for the Fashion category which is pretty crazy!
Please click here to vote for me to WIN - you bunch of absolute babes :)

ASOS invited me down to their press room so I could borrow some bits for LFW.
I had only been to the HQ once before, and it was pretty awesome.
So I was looking forward to checking out the actual press room. My goodness, it was even more awesome.
Access All ASOS had a rail set up for us too choose from, I HAD to choose these awesome two pieces.
This sequin cape is right up my street. Funnily enough, it was already saved in my wish list on the ASOS website.
I loved the thought of mixing suede and sequins together. Texture clash. Clash of texture. Yas.

The cape is pretty damn weighty indeed, although it didn't weigh me down, I was pretty cosy with it on.
I didn't wear any further outter wear with this look so the cape kept me warm too.
Weird right, how can stitched sequins keep you warm?
The suede dress is lovely and fitted. I was SO pleased when I saw that the dress was a 10.
I can't actually find a link to the dress on the ASOS website right now, but I think it's a couple months old.

Anyways, LFW. This was Sunday. This was a pretty cool day.
I headed up to the Boohoo workshops at The Blogger Apartment for Sophie Hannah Richardson's blogging to vlogging talk. It was awesome being there for it. Sophie is a friend of mine I met through social media, not to mention also a fantastic blogger. Sophie did a fab presentation, in fact she is talking at this years Vlogstar at the o2, so if you're interested I definitely recommend you checking her out.  After chilling out at the blogger apartment for a wee while we were invited down to River Island's Fashion Film presentation on Brewer Street, it was pretty sweet getting to check out LFW's new venue- pretty odd, but cool. I can say now that I actually prefer Somerset house, which was something I wasn't expecting to say.

Later that evening I headed down to the Charlotte Street hotel for dinner with RARE London.
It was a fab night catching up with lovelies Sarah Ashcroft, Nyane & Mpho, Laura Rogan & Sophie Richardson.
I tried beetroot for the first time, in a tarte form, that was interesting.
As you can see below it does look pretty damn tasty indeed.
